This retreat is designed the way we move at The Core Lab: intentional, intelligent, and deeply supportive.
Set by the sea in La Ventana, Baja, it blends strong, mindful Pilates with space to rest, reset, and reconnect. Alongside purposeful movement and nourishing meals, we’ll gather for grounding rituals — including a sunset cacao ceremony designed to bring you inward and close each day with intention.
Strong Pilates. Ocean air. Slow mornings. Golden sunsets.

November is one of the most beautiful times to explore the Sea of Cortez. The water remains warm and clear, marine life is active, and the coastline feels expansive and untouched.
Our guided Sea Safari takes you along the turquoise waters of La Ventana, with opportunities to spot dolphins, manta rays, sea lions, and seasonal marine life. Expect open-water swims, quiet coves, and panoramic views of Baja’s dramatic desert-meets-ocean landscape.
An energizing, immersive experience — equal parts adventure and awe.
Calm morning waters create the perfect setting for guided paddle boarding along the La Ventana coastline — a chance to build balance, breathe deeply, and experience Baja from the sea.
Each morning, we’ll start the day with an optional 5K coastal run led by Anne. Moving along the Sea of Cortez at sunrise, this energizing run is designed to wake up the body, clear the mind, and take in the expansive beauty of La Ventana before the day begins.
Meals are prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients inspired by the flavors of Baja.
Expect fresh fish, local vegetables, handmade tortillas, seasonal fruit, and simple, well-prepared dishes that reflect the coastal setting. Seafood-forward options and balanced proteins will be available, along with vegetarian alternatives.
Beverages such as fresh juices, coffee, tea, and aguas frescas will be served with meals.
Each day includes:
• Breakfast after morning Pilates
• Lunch during free time
• Dinner in the evening
Meals are designed to support movement, recovery, and time spent outdoors.
